Half Log BenchesLog benches are a great piece of log furniture to sit on in an entry way to put your shoes or boots on. This log bench will also go great at the foot of the bed in your rustic, lodge or western bedroom. The half log and the log bench legs are skip peeled which means some of the bark or cambium is left on the log to give the log bench additional character. Clear lacquer finish is recommended to accent the natural beauty of the skip peeled logs, but the half log bench can also be finished honey pine. If the half log bench is finished in an exterior finish, it can be used outside in a patio area or around a fire pit for additional seating. Four standard sizes of log benches are available, but a custom built half log bench can be made to your specifications
